Responsibilities:
As Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
- Leading and developing the Reception and Guest Relations team.
- Achieving the departmental objectives of maximising occupancy.
- Maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.
- Ensuring guest service is maintained to the Maybourne Hotel Group standards.
- Recruitment, evaluation and development of employees as well as managing performance.
- Ensuring that training is carried out as appropriate, correcting and giving constructive directions where ever it is needed.
