We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven Front Office Manager with a strong sales orientation to join our talented team.
As the Sales-Oriented Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our front office, ensuring the highest standards of guest service while actively contributing to the hotel’s revenue growth. This position requires a hands-on, guest-centric leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in a front office management role in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to drive revenue through upselling and identifying sales opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and operational systems.
- A passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- A background in revenue management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Hotel Management software of Direct Holiday PMS and SimpleBooking systems is an advantage
- Extensive Knowledge of Social media, Internet/ macOS/ MS Office applications and related IT preferred.
- Fluent in ENGLISH and Italian ( minimum C1 written and C1 verbal). A third language is an advantage;
Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation handling.
- Sales Leadership: Proactively identify opportunities to drive hotel revenue, including upselling room types, packages, and services.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to provide exceptional guest experiences, focusing on both service excellence and sales performance.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue.
- Guest Experience: Act as a liaison for guest concerns and ensure swift resolution, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on front office performance and sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage, sales) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
