The Sebel Busselton is situated in a short 10 minute walk from the water, featuring charming guest rooms and apartments, resort style swimming pools, gym facilities and tennis courts.
We currently have an opportunity for a Part Time Front Office Receptionist to join our vibrant Front Office Team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you play a vital role in maintaining seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests enjoy a truly memorable stay with us.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Demonstrated experience within either Front Office, Reservations or with general administration.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
  • A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive and supportive team.
  • Experience within the Hospitality and/or Tourism industry advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, courteous and professional services to all guests.
  • Manage the guest room inventory and accounts efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures.
  • Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with other departments including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist guests with general enquires and provide share your local knowledge to provide personalised recommendations & insights.
