JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Front office specialist at Fluke you are the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues at the head office in Eindhoven. You ensure that guests are warmly welcomed, registered according to the correct procedure. You handle all incoming office calls in a correct manner & have an administrative support role for various departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a Front office specialist at our Eindhoven office, we believe you enjoy communicating with people. You can talk to visitors in a professional and open manner, answer questions and ensure that the phone is answered and connected correctly.

PERSONAL/SOFT SKILLS:
- You are service-oriented and have a friendly telephone voice
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- You are stress-resistant, accurate, representative and able to prioritize well
- You are independent and have a great sense of responsibility
- You have experience with Microsoft office
- You are available to be in our office on your workdays from 08:15
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Ensure 100% occupancy at the front desk
- Processing new and existing employee badges.
- Administrative support for various departments (as we assist in HR, Procurement, EO and Facilities support – good and vague way to describe a lot of our responsibilities)
- Maintaining & ordering of office supplies, ordering of flowers and pastries as well as certain facility related orders.
- Processing and sorting incoming and outgoing post.
