    We are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Supervisor, to join our Front Office on an permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Front Office Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To exercise empowerment in handling guest complaints, and taking corrective action, such as allowing certain charges off the guest’s account. Recording this action in the guest’s history and reporting it to Front Office Management when needed.
  • To make room assignments for incoming guests using advance reservations requests and personal empowerment as a basis for selection.
  • To increase the hotel’s revenue by up-selling room categories, in accordance with set targets and daily availability.
  • To supervise the Front Office Clerks in their work, ensuring maximum performance, good time keeping and ensuring they are displaying company behaviours at all times.
  • To be responsible for cash floats, reporting shortages/overages to the Front Office Manager, Assistant Director of Rooms/Director of Rooms.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
