The Front Office Supervisor’s responsibilities include overseeing the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing and guest service. Duties also include training, staff development, scheduling and payroll.
Front Office Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
Front Office Supervisors lead the agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
