By designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, we are helping our Mobility customers transform their business and turn their asset data into valuable information.
Within Siemens Mobility, the team has implemented several backend services, platform components, and their “flagship app product” - Fleet Monitoring 5 including Rule Engine.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS – MUST HAVE

• At least 4 years of experience in Frontend Development and planning and implementing UI/UX frameworks;
• In-depth experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, JS;
• Experience with Java;
• Experience in SW Testing, especially Unit Testing;
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS – NICE TO HAVE

• BSc in Computer Science or related field;
• Experience with Sonarqube;
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as GitLab;
• In-depth knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, and Agile development;
• Knowledge of AWS services;
• Experience with microservice architectures and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of the service/transport/rail industry is advantageous;
• German skills.

As a Frontend Developer, you are responsible for developing and operationalizing data-based software solutions on the Railigent cloud platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable, and scalable sourcing code;
• Develop a generic UX/UI framework for web applications and mobile apps;
• Work on the life cycle management (quality assurance, maintenance, and documentation) of existing software solutions;
• Contribute to the continuous development of the solutions, collaborating within the x-functional team, supported by a Scrum Master, a PO, and a PM.
• Contribute and collaborate within the DevOps department.
