REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience on similar role or function.
• Experience in at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, VueJS, or Aurelia will be a plus.
• Write high-quality reusable code to develop the dynamic user interface for various platforms.
• Build pixel perfect interfaces according to design.
• Collaborate with project managers, software engineers, and business partners for work planning, sharing innovative ideas, code demonstrations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Optimize front-end elements to maximize performance across different devices and browsers.
• Assist team members in architectural compliance, functional accuracy validation, and adherence to appropriate industry standards.
• Write complex functionality to power optimum rendering of UI.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Keen on putting ideas into programming codes.
• Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive design.

• Continuously improve our web pages and mobile pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Establish a structure and design for our front-end applications on various devices both mobile and web.
• Design a framework for creating user apps that grow with the needs of the company.
• Use multiple languages to write web pages and mobile app pages.
• Effect web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across various platforms.
• Prioritize the development of features to always enhance the user experience.
• Constantly monitor website performance for site usability problems and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
• Build codes that can be reproduced and reusable for the future.
• Create graphically intensive user interfaces as well as a highly creative thinking to create new procedures to visualize data.
• Plan with key stakeholders to discuss customer needs.
• Ensure conformity with standards and procedures and ensure achievement of set objectives.
• Participate in product and marketing meetings to ensure clear understanding of what customers want and get constant feedback to improve user experience.
• Work with content and marketing teams to deliver on feature and deadlines.
• Jointly review the feasibility of new products and be part of the design from end to end.
• Contribute to the company’s marketing roadmap in line with the engineering needs.
• Understand the dynamics of the company’s current position and where we are going to drive value creation.
