Bluecrest is a multi-award-winning provider of health assessments to both corporate and consumer sectors. We help people take control of their health risks enabling them to live healthier, happier, and more productive lives. We were founded to fill a gap in the private health screening sector for an affordable, convenient option that meets the highest clinical standards for reporting.
We currently assess around 80,000 customers in over 2000 pop up clinics across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Bluecrest can assess for a range of different factors including heart disease, ECG, diabetes, cholesterol, vital organ functions as well as some cancers.

WHY WE NEED YOU

We’re looking for a React Engineer who fits into our squad of product designers/managers, backend engineers and quality assurance analysts and play a key role in our mission to deliver health insights to one million people annually by 2028. Your work will help retain and grow our user base, maximize digital channels, and ensure we maintain the highest quality standards.
You’ll bring flexibility to our team, helping us handle increased workloads without sacrificing quality, whilst contributing your unique perspectives which will diversify and enhance our design and development process, eliminating bottlenecks and driving digital growth aligned with our business goals of reliability and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• Experience with ES6 JavaScript, Next.js 13+, TypeScript 5, React 18.
• Proficient with frontend tools like SWC, Babel, Webpack, Vite, and NPM.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and version control (Git) and monorepos.
• Experience in agile teams and automated testing (TDD, Jest).
• Familiar with Design Systems, Figma, Framer, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines,
• Bonus: AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes Experience with Laravel, Angular, or Ionic Capacitor.

• Collaborate effectively with strong communication skills.
• Manage time efficiently and thrive under pressure.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application operation.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies.
