  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for great user experiences and a collaborative mindset, including accessibility.
  • Usage of code testing approaches like unit-testing, intergration-testing and end-2-end testing.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or a similar MVC-based architecture.
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices: Docker, GCloud and Kubernetes.
  • A solid practitioner of TDD or BDD approaches.
  • Contributer of open source software or similar experience alike.
  • Good knowledge of different build tools and runtime engines.
  • Enforcing custom code standards, by writing custom plugins.

Why Join Us?

  • Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a work-life balance with partially remote work options.
  • Psychological Safety: Work in a psychologically safe environment where we “walk the talk.”
  • Bottom-Up Management: Experience a culture where developers have significant responsibility and decision-making power.
  • Career Growth: Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. We have many roles and lots of options to grow and take more responsibility.
  • Collaborative Environment: Join a team that values close collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Prime Location: Work in a centrally located office in Copenhagen, near Nørreport Station.
