Description:

We are seeking a committed Frontier Account Manager to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients and build strong, long-term relationships through direct customer interactions. As a Frontier Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in account supervision, development, and achieving sales success. As a Frontier Account Manager, you’ll possess a deep understanding of client account development utilizing direct marketing and sales techniques.

FRONTIER ACCOUNT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience with supervisory roles, direct sales, and account management preferably in a sales environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to inspire, lead, and drive sales teams to consistently achieve and surpass their goals.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, coupled with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness and ability to accommodate non-traditional working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Ability to travel to assigned account territories and company locations.
  • Familiarity with cable or telecommunications services, understanding of key concepts and offerings.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $52,682.00 - $62,293.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all in-person sales and client service interactions.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds both budgeted headcount and sales targets, driving growth and success.
  • Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of front-line outside sales agents.
  • Assign territories during morning meetings to the sales team to ensure optimal account coverage and performance.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Attend daily Frontier Account Manager meetings with sales teams to identify risks and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge related to cable or telecommunication services.
