REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• years of experience in clinical data management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Lead and manage a team of clinical data professionals
• Develop and implement data collection and management strategies
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the clinical trials process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making
