ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Accountable for helping implement tactics related to diversity and inclusion that support multiple trials:
  • Manage and collaborate with external vendors, to drive tactics across multiple trials.
  • Stay abreast of relevant industry, vendors and consumer changes pertaining to DEI.
  • Responsible for documenting vendor metrics, key performance indicators and sharing lessons learned .
  • Partner with Patient Recruitment and Retention managers to align vendors and monitor execution of scope of work.
  • Aggregate DEI metrics to assist with tracking and measurement of effectiveness and success of diversity strategies.
  • Administratively support cross-functional initiatives within the Clinical Study Site Start up and Engagement that promote diversity initiatives.
  • Share perspective, insights, and knowledge with department during protocol design, planning, and execution, is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequently stationary for 4-6 hours per day.
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.

    The salary range estimated for this position is $20.00 hourly - $36.00 hourly, dependent on leveling. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

Enable study teams to conduct effective and ongoing delivery of trials within timelines that contribute to operational planning and decisions resulting in predictable delivery for achieving R&D goals.
