Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and demonstrate product knowledge will contribute to a positive shopping experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and basic math proficiency are essential for handling transactions accurately.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 per week

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support.
  • Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure it is well-stocked.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage time efficiently to minimize wait times for customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
