Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employee and direct service providers’ time is entered daily as per client contract.
- Aid with the processing of accounts payable, including:
- Processing of both billable and non-billable payables
- Processing of employee expenses
- You will support ongoing communication with consulting employees and project managers regarding revenue recognition and managing work-in-progress.
- Produce draft and final invoices; aid consulting employees with accompanying statements/reports as requested by our clients.
- Receive and register invoices, forms, records, and other documents for data capture.
- Review payroll entries, name areas of concern, and notify the Supervisor.
- Help in keeping accurate documentation to charge to clients.
- Complete all billing tasks associated with labour, equipment, and material.
- Ensure all client billing requirements are met and enter client-based programs such as Cortex and ADP.
- Create and monitor field tickets and Labour Equipment Material (LEM).
- Update all cost trackers with field ticket and billing information.
- Experience inputting data into computerized databases, spreadsheets, or other software.
