POSITION SUMMARY:

An Floating Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations including continual improvement of their assigned location(s). The Floating Assistant Manager will work independently and as a team at multiply locations; will ensure the successful financial performance of their assigned storage center(s) including sales, customer satisfaction and the physical condition/appearance, while demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Sales: Maximize sales by managing storage and retail inventory and by continuing to improve the sales presentation of each employee at the store. This includes quality assurance of phone, Internet and walk-in sales leads.
Customer Service: Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding quality standards and solid product knowledge from each employee at the store.
Maintenance: Maintaining the storage center in a “like new” condition through regular cleaning and repairs. Maintain professional and productive relationship with all maintenance contractors and vendors while effectively supervising their work.
Accounts Receivables: Controlling the store’s receivables by implementing and enforcing the procedures set forth by the company in a respectful and professional manner.
General: Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
