JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Fuel Management Analyst is part of the Fuel Automation & System Support (FASS) Team that supp o rt s fuel teams (fuel operations, fuel supply, and fuel auditors) and groups that interact with the Allegro software. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the Fuel Management Technology platform by collaborating with the Fuel Strategy & Management team and stakeholders. They’ll provide incident support, use data analytics tools to create reports, and documents system requirements. Additionally, the Fuel Management Analyst facilitates business case development, manages system changes, and serves as a liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement of fuel management processes. This position is strategic, detail-oriented, and eager to join a dynamic team that drives the future of Southwest.
