Fujitsu is currently seeking a Functional Analyst, for a Digiform project in Brussels.
Digiform is a user-friendly platform designed to streamline digital form usage within safety procedures in train operations, facilitating communication among involved personnel.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and Challenge Specifications: Critically evaluate change request specifications, ensuring they meet project requirements
Impact Analysis: Assess the effects of incoming and outgoing flows and internal processes and interactions
Proposal Evaluation: Scrutinize and challenge proposals from both the Business and development teams
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance by challenging the business and testers regarding test scenarios
Collaboration: Work with the Project Manager and technical leader to break down functional requirements, track progress, and ensure seamless integration
Development Support: Assist development teams by clarifying functional specifications and managing exceptions
Documentation: Write and review deliverable documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and performance standards and other non-functional requirements
Functional Architecture: Contribute to developing a functional architecture consistent with the Enterprise Architecture strategy
Technical skills
Minimum 3 years in business and functional analysis of IT projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology
Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch or French as well as English
Modeling Techniques: Knowledge of design and modeling techniques, particularly UML
Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather business requirements through various methods
User Stories: Ability to develop user stories based on analysis and specifications
Development Knowledge: Basic knowledge in development (OO, .NET, Desktop & Web design, MVC, SQL, etc.) to effectively consult and discuss with technical profile
