ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Full-Time Fulfillment Associate to join our Team.
Reporting to the Directors, the successful candidate will be able to work independently without the need for oversight and must demonstrate strong initiative to take on pending tasks to completion. Despite the need to work independently, we are a close team who will have consistent huddles and review sessions where insights and learnings are to be shared.

  • Computer literate, possessing intermediate skills within G-Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to shift priorities working within established timelines
  • Demonstrates initiative (learn processes and procedures, various benefits) and displays self-motivation to grasp new concepts quickly

  • Accuracy in data entry is mandatory

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pharmacy Assistant or relevant Pharmacy experience is an asset.
  • Experience in a retail, centralized services or fulfillment center environment.
  • Experience in entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.
  • Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to work overtime, if required.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $19.50-$24.50 per hour

Experience:

  • Pharmacy Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • Order Fulfillment: 1 year (preferred)
  • G Suite: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit and ship prescriptions.
  • Operate a clean and safe work environment. Ensure that all areas are kept in order and well maintained.
  • Optimization of fulfillment workflow.
  • Initiative to move from one task to the next using logic and prioritization.
  • Independent task completion with meticulous attention to organization and detail.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track and monitor customer records.
  • Learning multiple online platforms and software tools to communicate with various customers from different brands/sectors, support staff, clinicians.

  • Slack - Zendesk - Pharmacy Management Systems - G-Suite - Asana - FedEx Webservices - Canada Post Desktop

  • Follow the Company’s Required Operating Procedures (ROPs) and SOPs requirements at all times.

  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality according to Provincial and Federal regulations.
  • Continue to look for ways to improve current processes with enhancements and ideas.
