JOB SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the delivery, shipping, and curbside departments. The position serves an essential role in the Customer Service experience at Applejack Wine & Spirits by fulfilling all transactions conducted outside of the point of sale on time and accurately. Must have 2-5 years team management experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Team player
• Dress and present yourself in a clean and professional manner
• Management (2+ years) experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Netsuite ERP
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Must be able to lift 40-85 lbs.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Colorado driver’s license with acceptable MVR record per dept company standards
• Must pass a background check
• Must be 21 years of age

VEHICLE/DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for cleanliness and standard maintenance of company fleet vehicles
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Assist HR manager with hiring Delivery staff
• Train and evaluate delivery driving and dispatch staff members on company delivery policy, Netsuite ERP functions
• Schedule labor hours of department employees according to business needs
• Create and issue standard operating procedures for department functions
• Maintain current state-required motor vehicle registration for all company vehicles
