The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Acquire more merchants & grow the fulfillment business by performing sales pitching
• Handle day-to-day merchants operations, issues resolutions and internal & external communications (including registration, inbound, outbound orders, return, seller and buyer issues)
• Monitor and improve merchants fulfillment performance to grow the merchants business
• Handle ad-hoc projects for business development, operation excellence, cost and revenue improvement
• Work together with cross department teams to implement initiatives and manage merchants fulfillment operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree and above with 2+ years of experience
• Proficient in using Ms. Office
• Has experience in e-commerce and fulfillment operation will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and external communication skills
• Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
