As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Interfacing with PL for all operations aspects; represent fulfillment function in all related meetings of the assigned area/region
• Collecting business/customer needs, set up right priorities and translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions
• Own the KPIs of the function on the assigned area/region (OTD, OVD and OVD aging span)
• Leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities
• Identifying and executing material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or to increase execution profitability
• Shaping simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost saving

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have completed Bachelor studies as an Engineer with basic knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project-management
• Have basic knowledge of Oil & Gas products, Gas Turbines Centrifugal Compressors & Reciprocating Compressors and related production process
• Have basic knowledge of Power Generation plants process and Mechanical Effort
• Have excellent presentation, communication, influencing, negotiation and deal closing skills
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems
• Be green belt or black belt certified
• Be fluent in English and hold an EU passport or work permi
