Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5 in Sydney, fostering talent and ensuring a positive, motivating environment
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Represent the fulfilment department and build strong relationships, especially with sales, to achieve team and business goals that you help set
  • Post-Sale Excellence: Continuously improve our approach to post-sale issue prevention and resolution, mentoring your team to handle complex matters effectively and ensuring positive customer outcomes
  • Customer Experience Innovation: Be curious and innovative in creating and driving customer experience strategies, integrating insights from other leaders to cultivate customer loyalty
  • Logistics Partnership Management: Maintain and establish new partnerships with local logistics third parties to streamline operations, strengthen processes, and ensure excellent service at a fair pric
