Description:
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Developing and securing fulfilment of affordable core services offer which meets and even exceeds customer expectations.
- Responsible for you assigned teams performance to secure a high performing daily operations connected to service fulfilment on the market including planning, execution and follow up of operations, relevant negotiations, IWAY and legal compliance.
- Accountable for assigned team’s performance to secure short-, mid-term and long-term development of existing service partners and that all internal and external service partners have the knowledge to perform their tasks to represent IKEA well and provide an excellent quality in the meeting with the customer
- Accountable for assigned team’s performance in ensuring short and mid-term capacities and resources in the market’s service fulfilment network to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for the many people
- Accountable for assigned team’s contribution to the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment.
- Collaborate with the Market Service Fulfilment Manager to lead, coach and develop assigned team to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building, succession planning and diversity and inclusion.

The starting rate/salary for this position is $ 58,960.
