Description:

A local, rapidly growing company is in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The chosen candidate will be expected to manage all aspects of our company’s bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and conducting internal audits. Responsibilities

  • Utilize accounting software systems to record, store, and analyze information.
  • Process all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, routine journal entries, and payroll.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports to present to management.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and assist with external audits as required.
  • Regularly review company policies and procedures to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Handle cash flow analysis and manage company’s financial status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, internally and externally.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
  • Familiarity with Sage Software
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in performing all Accounting Functions.
  • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Ability to prepare the Annual Budget.
  • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
