Description:
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Yukon, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete financial system for multiple clients. The position requires proficiency in various accounting software systems, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software systems to process and manage financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate records of all transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Conduct regular cash flow analysis to monitor the financial health of the company.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis.
- Maintain and update the computerized accounting system regularly.
- Work with ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management.
- Prepare the annual budget and ensure adherence to it throughout the fiscal year.
- Use Great Plains (GPAC) software for financial reporting and analysis.
- Work additional hours during tax season to meet the increased workload.
- Assist in tax preparation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Expertise in Computerized Accounting System
- Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to prepare an Annual Budget
- Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
