The Full-Time Engagement Professionals is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with experience in a variety of industries and software packages This role involves managing all general accounting functions within a business, including overseeing the full cycle of accounting activities, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, preparing financial statements, and conducting periodic audits.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in ADP - Financial Services
  • Knowledge in Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Billing Functions.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of Accounting Functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations
  • Experience with Billing Functions

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete financial cycles of the company.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts accurately and timely.
  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Process payroll regularly and manage employee benefits.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
  • Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins.
  • Maintain organized and updated financial records.
  • Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
