Description:
Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper based in Portland, Oregon. This role is integral to the operations of our Property Accounting Department and involves extensive collaboration with the Owner, Property Managers, and other Accounting Associates. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will handle a multitude of accounting functions, including customer data entry, budgeting, financial analysis, and scenario planning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy
- Maintain and update customer credit records in a systematic manner
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and scenario planning in collaboration with team members
- Lead in the preparation of the annual budget and cash flow analysis
- Support the operations of the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management division
- Contribute to general office projects as directed by the Owner, ensuring smooth operations
- Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as Microsoft Excel and Great Plains (GPAC) for various tasks
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate accounting functions
- Oversee the use of AppFolio in the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management industry
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System
- Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform all Accounting Functions
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget
- Experience in Cash Flow Analysis
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
- Familiarity with AppFolio software
