Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are in search of a meticulous Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As part of this role, you will be expected to oversee customer applications, maintain customer records, and handle customer inquiries. In addition, monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action will be a part of your responsibility.

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining precise records for customer credit
• Handling inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary
• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various tasks
• Working with Computerized Accounting using Quickbooks for accounting functions
• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in line with the company’s policies
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget
• Conducting cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Computerized Accounting System
• Knowledge of Quickbooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to manage an Annual Budget
• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis
