The Full-Cycle Recruiter recruits and aid in the hiring process. The Full-Cycle Recruiter is able to drive the recruiting, onboarding, and new hire processes from the time the applicants put their resume in to when they have their 90-day review.
Responsibilities:
- Attend community events such as job fairs, socials, and other networking scenes to boost community knowledge of ThermAvant and collect candidate contacts.
- Monitor ATS to ensure it is functioning with up-to-date information such job descriptions, screener questions, workflows, etc.
- Once hired, move the candidates over to the Onboarding module and assist them with any questions they may have over their paperwork.
- Ensure new hires have the tools and training they need to succeed.
- Work with the Safety and Training Officer to schedule and/or perform any required new hire training.
- Assist managers in 90-day review questions. Work with the HR Manager to facilitate any required changes.
- Monitor the autonomous filing system during the move from ATS to the HRIS and work the HR manager to make adjustments as needed.
- Set time aside to shadow and learn about the company in all the departments.
- Work with the Marketing Consultant to improve SEO and other digital visibility items.
- New hire orientation will need to be created within the first month that the Full-Cycle Recruiter joins.
- Be the facilitator of change in the full cycle recruitment process while working through the backlog of paper files. Once the backlog is complete, facilitate the LMS and other relevant software for the new hires and recruits.
