JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top-notch eye care, including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, and prescription of corrective lenses. As an Optometrist at Imperial Vision, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing technology and practices in the field of optometry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid optometry license in Canada.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams to evaluate patients’ vision and detect eye diseases and other ocular conditions.
• Diagnose and treat visual disorders, eye diseases, and injuries.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery (e.g., cataract, LASIK).
• Educate patients on proper eye care and use of corrective lenses.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
