PACKAGE:

· Hourly wage up to £11.44 per hour dependant on experience
· Share of gratuities circa £4,000 per annum, paid monthly
· Access to wage stream, Access up to 50% of your salary in advance of pay day.
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Waiting & Bar staff, ideally experienced in customer service, to join our team at The Wellington Arms pub, hotel & events venue located in the beautiful Wellington Estate in Stratfield Turgis, between Basingstoke and Reading.
No experience? No problem! We can teach you everything from scratch as long as you are willing to learn and give your best, with a big smile on your face!
You will be an enthusiastic person who shares our passion for great service. You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the front of house team being the face of our brand, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience every time.
