Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for talented and strategic end to end thinkers to join our strong Financial Crimes Architecture Team . This individual will not only help drive our vision of the Platform for the bank but will be deeply involved in key initiatives to keep our customers safe and secure. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of the Fraud segment, with exposure in the various domains such as Detect and Response. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in both written and oral communications to internal technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with our external partners. The candidate must also be able to assess, present, and recommend options to the architecture, whether it’s at the platform, product, or pattern level. The candidate must be able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Advanced knowledge of the various Architecture design principles (eg. Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Integration Architecture, Security, AI/ML), technologies (eg. Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Kubernetes, databases (rdbms/graph/nosql)), Hosting (Azure, GCP, on-prem, mainframe), and software availability/resiliency.
Candidates should have experience with case management platforms such as Pega, relish implementing solutions with industry leading Investigative platforms, and enjoy developing blueprints that lay the foundation to build performant, capability rich systems.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate degree preferred)
- 10+ years relevant experience developing a variety of platforms
- Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and / or Test-Driven Development is an asset (i.e., ability to author Unit, Integration and Functional Tests)
- Demonstrated experience with leading technical tools integration in a complex environment
