Full Stack Developer

BizZone is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to help develop an innovative software project from inception.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent skills in developing UML diagrams and technical documentation.
• Proficient in developing applications with Python and Node.js
• Proficiency in scripting and shell languages such as Python, Shell, Go, PowerShell, Bash
• Strong experience with CSS frameworks such as bootstrap
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Vuitify, BootstrapVue, Quasar
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, OpenAPI, and managing microservices.
• Experience with observability tools and practices for monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters, such as Prometheus
• Experience migrating legacy systems to modern technologies.
• Experience with integrating AI APIs, such as OpenAI, into applications, demonstrating a strong understanding of AI capabilities and their application in business solutions.
• Experience Couchbase or MongoDB and Redis as well as traditional relational databases.
• Demonstrated ability in building testing pipelines and familiarity with Cypress and Jest.
• Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong understanding of GIT version control.
• Familiarity with UI Design Principals

This will require strong experience with the following:

• Develop within a Kubernetes environment
• Design and develop scalable microservice architectures on the MERN stack
• Integrate and manage AI APIs, such as those provided by OpenAI, to enhance application capabilities and introduce innovative features.
• Ability to take and work with design concepts and convert them into Vue
• Understanding of padding, margin, media styling
• Develop and refine testing pipelines, including automated testing with Cypress.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of UML diagrams and comprehensive documentation and training for the production team.
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems to help troubleshoot problems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Maintain and enhance code integrity through GIT.
• Work closely with the development team to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and recommend best practices and tools to improve processes and productivit

In this position you will have three principal areas of responsibility. The first will be to build out microservice functionality. The second will be to work hands-on with the team to refactor legacy code into the new framework. The final reasonability will be creating user experiences that will help delight the customer.
