For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
The Shared Resource Directorate, which operates under both the Directorate General for Mobility and Transport and the Directorate General for Energy, oversees a diverse range of IT projects and systems across various domains. These include policy management, as well as tools for financial, budgetary, administrative, and reporting purposes.
Our clientele consists of internal users, as well as stakeholders from the air transport, energy industries, and national transport or energy authorities in Member States.
Many of these policies are supported by Information Systems that are developed, tested, and maintained by the “SRD.2 - Information Management and Systems” unit, which is part of the Shared Resource Directorate of the mentioned Directorates-General.
In this context, there is a recognized need for a Full-stack Developer (FSD). The specific assignments for this role may evolve over time based on the needs of the portfolio, projects, or services.

• Development of front-end website architecture.
• Design of user interactions on web pages.
• Development of back-end website applications.
• Implement core business logic.
• Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Cross-platform optimisation.
• Design responsive applications.
• Design and develop APIs.
• Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
• Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
• Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end.
• Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
• Meet both technical and consumer needs.
• Write technical documentation.
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
