MAIN TASKS

• Translate existing business logic in Oracle Exadata databases into well-architected scalable and robust Cloud-native solutions
• Design develop test deploy and maintain .Net applications that interact with Oracle databases and cloud-based databases
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to design development and deployment
• Query and manipulate data within the Oracle database for the purpose of understanding analyzing and migrating business logic
• Maintain a clear understanding of data schema data integrity and database
• architecture in order to effectively translate and move business logic
• Collaborate with team members to establish the cloud environment including determining the most suitable cloud provider and services
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security
• Work closely with project managers business analysts and other team members to meet project goals and ensure the delivery of quality software solutions
• Document all programming tasks and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.

LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven experience in .Net development and Oracle databases
• Extensive knowledge of SQL PL/SQL and experience with cloud database technologies. Added bonus would be SSRS & SSIS
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and building cloud native applications
• Familiarity with microservices and container-based architecture (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of API design and development. Web API and Web Services
• Front-end React Native
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler parts
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to be client facing
• A team player with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals
• Ability to stay informed about the latest advancements in tech and translating them into feasible plans
