The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer/Engineer with a strong background in Java, Spring, and API development. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Information Security, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role involves developing secure, high-quality applications while ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices.

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and Spring frameworks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• API Development: Develop, integrate, and manage APIs that connect various systems and services, ensuring seamless communication between different application components.
• Security Implementation: Apply best practices in Information Security, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), to protect sensitive data and ensure secure access controls.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, operations, and product management, to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the development process and the security of the applications.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Java and Spring frameworks.
• Proficiency in developing and managing APIs.
• Solid understanding of Information Security principles, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience in full stack development, with a focus on secure, scalable, and reliable applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
