Description:

WDDC is a dynamic company distributing products to Veterinarians across Western Canada since 1983. We are looking for a Intermediate .Net Core Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is responsible in aiding in the development, launch, support, and enhancement of all external and internal applications WDDC provides.
This is a temporary full time maternity leave coverage position with the potential for a full-time permanent position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or related Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Min 2 years experience with .Net Core Full Stack Development with a focus on web projects.
  • Experience with nopCommerce considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, meticulous and results driven

Responsibilities:

  • Completion of features for the continued development of eCommerce projects
  • Functional and non-functional defect discovery and resolution
  • Enhancements to solution code quality, tooling, and documentation for improved maintainability
  • Collaborate with staff to deliver solutions aligned to a consistent look and feel
  • Support solution deployment and launch for limited and general availability
  • Direct contribution to reusable common components and capabilities
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to continually improve and promote WDDC’s products and services
  • Provide bug verification, release testing and support.
