For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
DG-ENER oversees European energy policies. Directorates D and E in Luxembourg focus on nuclear energy, ensuring compliance with the EURATOM Treaty and safeguarding nuclear materials.
The contract aims to develop and maintain Oracle web/Java-based IT systems and integrate them with DG-ENER’s IT infrastructure.

• Develop the architecture for front-end website design.
• Design user interactions on web pages.
• Create back-end applications for the website.
• Implement essential business logic.
• Set up servers and databases to support functionality.
• Ensure security and data protection measures are in place.
• Optimize applications for various platforms.
• Design applications that are responsive.
• Develop and design APIs.
• Contribute to creating scalable software solutions.
• Lead projects when necessary.
• Maintain the integrity and organization of code.
• Write clean, functional code for both front-end and back-end.
• Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Test and resolve bugs or other coding problems.
• Address both technical requirements and user needs.
• Produce technical documentation.
