AUFGABEN
- You will take on development from A to Z: from frontend & backend all the way to testing
- You will apply agile software development methods as well as object-oriented analysis and design
- You will use JavaScript and web technologies, as well as high-performance databases.
- You will remove engineering blocks, foster collaborative working and enable fast decisions
- You will actively seek to identify technical debt and implement strategies to remove it
- You will mentor, inspire and challenge engineers to deliver their best work
- You will act as a feedback coach to your team, conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insight
