As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the architecture and design of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring flexibility for future growth and innovation
• Spearhead automation and system integration initiatives, working closely with Solution Architects, management, and engineering teams to streamline processes
• Apply your deep understanding of software performance to implement best practices for optimisation, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the solutions you build
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, assisting with complex tasks and fostering their professional development
