Job Description
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer based in Colombia to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field / experience
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Proven English Proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with back-end programming in Python.
- Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
- Expertise in web frameworks such as React, Angular, and Node.js
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
- Experience in RESTful API design and development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
