Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer based in Colombia to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implement security and data protection measures
  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field / experience
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Proven English Proficiency (B2 or higher)
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with back-end programming in Python.
  • Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
  • Expertise in web frameworks such as React, Angular, and Node.js
  • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
  • Experience in RESTful API design and development
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
