Position: Full-Stack Developer (Contract - 6 months)
Day Rate: GBP 400-450 (Inside IR35)
Location: Coventry, UK (Remote with occasional travel to Coventry)
Start Date: Immediate
Experience Level: 5+ years

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Strong mentoring and team support capabilities.
• Experience with portal development or any portal technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first setup.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, a passion for mentoring and supporting others, and a proven ability to work on complex projects.
The successful candidate will work remotely but should be able to travel to Coventry occasionally for team meetings or project-specific needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using ASP.NET and JavaScript.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Utilize any portal experience to enhance user accessibility and functionality.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and software development lifecycle processes.
