Full Stack Developer, Senior Associate

Your Team Responsibilities: We’re looking for an experienced functional SDET engineer who is responsible for the quality of products and services aimed at providing financial insights to investment experts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in automated testing and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced team settings. Your Key Ressponsibilities: · Collaboration: Active collaboration with engineering and product teams to understand the requirements and architecture. Ability to communicate effectively with the team members sharing progress, results and blockers. · Implement Automation Tests: Ability to independently author and maintain the automation test suites covering various functional use cases Strong experience with one or more testing frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress). · Build Regression Framework: Develop automation regression framework to validate UI surfaces as well as the API endpoints. · Understand Complex Scenarios: Ability to test and debug complex scenarios using various development tools (chrome debugger, postman etc.) · CI/CD Pipelines: Ability to create and manage the CI/CD pipelines (preferably in Azure, Concourse) covering various development, test, and release workflows. · Bug Tracking and Management: Identify, report and track issues in Jira. Build and own the maintenance of quality assurance metrics and dashboards. Your skills and experience that will help you excel: · Proven work experience (4-7 yrs.) in software quality assurance & Software Testing Life Cycle · Strong knowledge of creation of automated tests using Java, Golang, JavaScript and Python · Experience in handing automation frameworks, backend API and UI Automation. · Experience with performance, load and/or security testing. · Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes · Strong experience in building CI/CD pipelines (Azure, Concourse). · Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. · Solid knowledge of SQL with scripting and hands-on experience with Postgres. · Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. · Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related subject About MSCI:
