Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves creating and managing data collection systems, performing detailed data analysis, and continuously improving program tools to enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, and the Operations Manager to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our data systems.

MUST HAVE: MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH JAVASCRIPT, REACTJS

• Ability to build up complete systems from scratch (including database design, web application in ReactJS, Python, and Node.js backend functions, authentication, hosting)
• Deep working experience with Firebase Realtime Database or similar systems
• Working with NoSQL database is crucial
• Writing clean code is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is desirable
• Working knowledge of Python. Other programming languages will be considered as a plus
• Ability to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements
• High level of spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently, evaluating workloads and schedules with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Desirable qualities: Flexible, imaginative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work in a multicultural global environment

• Create and manage data collection systems and processes on projects
• Perform ad hoc and scheduled data analysis and collate reports as assigned by the PMs or GPO
• Ensure that all program tools are maintained.
• Identify areas and implement improvements to the program tools
• Propose and elaborate on new functionalities to be added to specifically designed program tools
• Create and test program tools’ new and/or existing functionalities to ensure that these functionalities bring new efficiencies to processes
• Organize and facilitate new and existing initiatives designed to improve quality and efficiency
• Monitor all communication channels, internal and external, to ensure that all arising discrepancies and issues are dealt with in a timely fashion
• Establish organizational relationships with Project Managers, Coordinators, and the Operations Manager to ensure efficient workflow
• Reports directly to the Technology Team Leader
