QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrable experience in software development with a strong command of web development technologies, including PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Laravel framework.
• Familiarity with a broad range of operating systems and environments.
• Experience with mobile technologies (iOS and/or Android) is highly valued.
• Ability to quickly learn and adeptly implement new development technologies.
• A strong understanding and appreciation for web standards, with a focus on optimizing user experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting crucial deadlines.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proven track record of creatively solving problems and implementing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfortability in engaging directly with clients and business partners.
• Comfortable performing system administration tasks necessary to bring solutions online.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Full Stack Developer role plays a crucial role within our dynamic automation and technology team, focusing on the development and integration of internal applications aligned with our core mission of waste elimination and process improvement. This position requires a proactive and inventive professional who excels in a collaborative setting and is dedicated to creating efficient, scalable, and impactful software solutions.
