JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We need fullstack developer having experience on node and react .
• The candidate must have experience working only with startup companies .
• Any visa works except opts and cpts.
• Candidate needs to be onsite in Santa Clara ,CA or willing to relocate is also fine .
• Advanced proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strategic mindset to spotlight innovative opportunities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects within given budget and timelines.
• A tech-savvy innovator always aiming to enhance our products and services.
• Flexibility to dive into any area of the stack as required.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead by example.
• Must-have Skills
• 4+ years’ experience in full-stack software development
• A history of building high-quality, well-tested products.
• Devops experience and expertise
• Experience working on AI/ML applications is a big plus
• Credentials
• BS/MS/PhD in CS or a related field.
• 4+ years industry experience developing widely used products.
• 2+ years’ experience working on comprehensive full-stack solutions.
• Experience leading engineering teams is a big plus
• Core responsibilities
• Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers
• Creating new APIs (along with proper documentations) from scratch.
• Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence.
• Recruitment of top-tier talent.
• Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners.
• Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.
