Position Overview: We’re seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of innovation and a keen business acumen. The ideal candidate is a technology generalist with over 5 years of experience, capable of excelling in all aspects of software development, from infrastructure and architecture design to data management and cutting-edge AI technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 5 years of software development experience
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong work ethic and inquisitive nature
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with small teams and rapid iteration
• Fintech experience
• Experience working in fast-scaling companies
• Ability to effectively work remotely

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Infrastructure
• AWS experience with EC2, VPC, S3, etc.
• Operating Systems
• Linux and/or Windows system administration experience
• Languages
• PHP/Laravel, Python, Javascript, SQL, Ruby on Rails
• Databases:
• Postgres, Clickhouse
• DevOps
• Git and GitHub, any CI/CD tools, any monitoring tools, and any debugging tools
• Messaging
• AMQP (RabbitMQ, LavinMQ, etc.)
• Visualization
• Metabase, D3.js, Qlik, or similar
• Other technologies
• AL Large language models (LLM), AI agents, LangChain, FilamentPHP, Laravel Nova, n8n

• Risk management platform
• Build out and maintain internal architecture and infrastructure of the risk management platform
• Collaborate internally for requirements and use cases to enable
• Maintain and build workflows as part of various use cases and initiatives
• Integrations
• Build and maintain series of APIs for integration to the main application, and other endpoints
• Collaborate with the main application R&D team to ensure integrations are enabled, and data and decisioning are routed properly
• Quality and testing
• Unit test the risk management platform, and other integrations with internal systems and 3rd party systems
• Vendor and 3rd party integrations
• Work with vendors and 3rd party platforms and ensure integrations and enablement are in place
• Data Management/Governance
• Create proper storing, structuring, and data schemas to support various use cases; analytics and visualizations, AI initiatives, ML experiments, etc.
• Ensure data integrity and ‘gold’ standard of data to access for various use cases
• Integrate 3rd party data sources
