REQUIREMENTS
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years professional experience with strong programming fundamentals and the ability to produce high quality code
- Team leadership experience
- Interest in management and mentorship
- Experience with AWS essential (we use Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and EC2)
- Experience with serverless development essential
- Experience with JS Frameworks, ideally React JS
- Experience with Node.js and microservices
- Working knowledge of CI/CD
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and document storage (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for industry best practices
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with ML/AI techniques and tools, as well as proficiency in analysing and interpreting data, would be advantageous for this role
- Experience with Electron would be beneficial

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full stack developer to join our team, building applications that go towards creating our innovative surgical training platform. These range from creating new websites and features to support our operational and client needs, through building visualisations of the data we capture in our simulations, to building and maintaining our product delivery systems.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Leverage front end and back end technologies to create meaningful portals and tools
- Develop new APIs to support and enrich the features of our simulations
- Work closely with engineers, designers and other disciplines in the development team
- Participate in agile development and SCRUM
- Engage in collective responsibility for maintaining a high-quality product
