QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development
• At least 3 years of working with Node.js & React
• Proven experience with AI (OpenAi, RAG, semantic search, Sentimental analysis etc.)
• Proven applied knowledge with redux (redux-saga, redux toolkit or similar). Openness to work with different state managers is a plus
• Proven applied knowledge with express / Nest.js / other Node.js framework
• Proven applied knowledge of SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with testing with Jest or similar
• Experience with Docker or similar
• Knowledge about Next.js is considered a big plus
• Have a very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
• Great understanding of JavaScript
• Proven Typescript experience
• Good understanding of CSS pre-processing (LESS or SASS)
• Good understanding of component libraries (Shadcn, ChakraUi, Antd, MaterialUi)
• Ability to build responsive and mobile-friendly pages
• Experience with CI/CD (eg.: Bitbucket Pipelines, Github Actions, Jenkins etc.) is a plus
• Experience with common cloud providers (AWS/Google Cloud Engine) is a plus
• A good understanding of all common data structures
• Ability to write complex algorithms
• Enthusiasm and desire for learning and personal development
• Experience in working in an agile environment.

• Combining design and technology to create world-class digital solutions and products that deliver great value and experience:
• Build responsive UIs using React, manage state with Redux, and optimize client-side logic with TypeScript.
• Develop APIs and server-side logic with Node.js and Nest.js; manage SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Implement AI-driven features.
• Ensure quality with automated tests using Jest.
• Containerize with Docker, set up CI/CD pipelines, and manage cloud deployments.
• Work with cross-functional teams and continuously integrate new technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your designs.
